    TPI Enters Casino Industry - 2002

    During the mortgage and real estate consolidation in 2000, existing customers began turning to specialist providers for their direct mail efforts. With TPI’s pioneering charge in customized database publishing, it became the company mission to aggressively enter and specialize in the casino industry, and in 2002, we did just that.

    TPI OPENS NEW ORLEANS OFFICE - 2004

    TPI develops in-line perfing and finishing equipment, and releases the patent on our booklet solutions. This resulted in quicker production times, more real estate for customized messaging, and lower postage costs. Additionally, TPI opens the New Orleans office in 2005 to meet the increasing demand for skilled programming technicians to handle the complex variable work associated with casino loyalty data.

    Major Mailing Improvements - 2006

    TPI begins printing IM barcodes on all mail pieces, allowing for better tracking and more tightly coordinated marketing efforts. Additionally, cameras were installed on all finishing equipment to read the 2D barcodes on the direct mail pieces. This enhanced the already stringent QC procedures, and ensured proper data matches every time.

    Taking the Lead in the Gaming Industry - 2008

    With the economic collapse in September of 2008, and the decrease in recreational spending that followed, casinos became more concerned with pricing than ever before. Due to an established and growing reputation within the gaming industry, TPI was well-positioned as the high-quality, low-cost provider of offer-driven direct mail solutions.

    Gaming Becomes Primary Focus - 2010

    TPI abandons commercial print altogether, and focuses solely on the gaming industry. This conscious shift, coupled with the continued development of proprietary direct mail solutions and QC and security measures, allowed for new business opportunities without sacrificing quality, timeliness or customer service.

    The Future of TPI - 2012

    Due to the high volume of mail prepared and sent, the USPS opened a full-time detached mail unit on site at TPI, which led to further postal compliance and efficiencies.  Additionally, TPI launches e+Mail and becomes an industry leader in all direct marketing platforms for the gaming industry.
